Job Title: Digital Channels Ambassador
Department: Channels
Location: Highland Zone
Type of Contact: Contract for a Specified Task
Duration: 6 Months Contract.
Job Purpose:
This is a temporary role that operates on targets set by the Channels department to ensure effective Sales Management.
Main Responsibilities:
Create awareness on the mobile banking platform new name (which includes both NMB USSD and App)
Create awareness of NMB’s products and services offered through the channels to the customers
Register customers through ATM and Mobile
Collect Report feedback from customers
Educate customers on how to use NMB mobile and APP
Attributes:
Fluency in English and Swahili both written and spoken
Being ‘anchored’ in local area of operation
Experience in Sales and marketing will be an added advantage
Positive affinity towards handheld technologies, i.e. possessing smartphones or tablets.
Customer focused
Qualifications required:
Diploma holders and above
Previous experience with NMB will be an added advantage
