The Central Disciplinary Committee of CCM, has made decision to expel his party membership to one of the members who was the former Foreign Affairs Minister Bernard Membe , following the trend of his behavior since 2014 where as he has been violating ethics of the party and received several warnings and he hasn’t changed
Following the interrogation and investigation on behavior of the former Secretary General Yusuph Makamba due to his misconducts that were against the party’s ethics and traditions,the committee has forgiven him for he has been humble and obedient throughout and even wrote an apology letter.
The Committee has also announced that the former Secretary General Abdulrahaman Kinana, will be under close observation for 18 months due to his misconducts that were against the party’s ethics and traditions.
